释义	法律分析：票据出票人在票据正面记载“不得转让”字样的，票据不得转让;其直接后手再背书转让的，出票人对其直接后手的被背书人不承担保证责任，对被背书人提示付款或委托收款的票据，银行不予受理。票据背书人在票据背面背书人栏记载“不得转让”字样的，其后手再背书转让的，记载“不得转让”字样的背书人对其后手的被背书人不承担保证责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国票据法》第二十九条背书由背书人签章并记载背书日期。背书未记载日期的，视为在汇票到期日前背书。
