想进入律师事务所，都需要考什么证啊？进入律师事务所工作，不需要考什么证。但是成为律师必须通过国家司法考试，被授予法律职业资格证书。没有律师执业证书，但从事法律事务的人，一般是基层法律服务工作者，持有司法局颁发的法律服务工作者执业证。也有一些是无证也无正当职业从事法律事务的，俗称“黑律师”，并不是真正的律师。律师必须既有法律职业资格证书，又有执业证书。如果只有法律职业资格证书，没有律师执业证书，也不能被称为律师。这样解释大家理解吗？
