释义	法律分析: 以下情形不应进行地图审核:直接使用国务院测绘地理信息行政主管部门或者省级测绘地理信息行政主管部门提供的标准画法地图，未对其地图内容进行编辑改动的，可以不送审，但应当在地图上注明地图制作单位名称。法律依据: 《地图管理条例》第十五条国家实行地图审核制度。向社会公开的地图，应当报送有审核权的测绘地理信息主管部门审核。但是，景区图、街区图、地铁线路图等内容简单的地图除外。地图审核不得收取费用。
