释义	法律分析：用人单位与劳动者协商一致，随时可以解除劳动合同，并不一定要满三年。也就是说，虽然劳动合同的期限是三年，但劳动者并不一定要做满三年才能辞职，如果劳动者辞职的，只需要提前一个月以书面形式通知用人单位。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十六条用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以解除劳动合同。第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
