法律上追责是什么意思 -法律知识
释义
法律分析：
刑事追责指通过侦査、起诉、审判活动，查究特定人因实施刑事法律所禁止的行为而依法应承担的法律后果。追究刑事责任的目的在于消除犯罪行为对社会造成的危害，维护正常的社会秩序和法律秩序。追究刑事责任，只能由国家专门机关依照刑事法律的规定，按法定程序来进行。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国刑法》 第八条 外国人在中华人民共和国领域外对中华人民共和国国家或者公民犯罪，而按本法规定的最低刑为三年以上有期徒刑的，可以适用本法，但是按照犯罪地的法律不受处罚的除外。
