释义	法律分析：委托商标代理机构代理的,需提供盖有申请人章戳的委托书。大陆以外地区的申请人要在中国申请商标变更的,必须委托商标代理机构进行。法律依据：《个体工商户名称登记管理办法》第十六条个体工商户拟变更名称的，应当向其登记机关申请名称变更登记。个体工商户名称中含有应当经过行政许可方可经营的项目，因行政许可被吊销、撤销或者期限届满不得再从事该项经营活动的，应当自行政许可被吊销、撤销或者期限届满之日起30日内向原登记机关申请名称变更登记。
