问题	夫妻一方婚前债务婚后谁承担
释义	夫妻一方婚前债务婚后由欠款人本人承担。婚前个人债务，债权人只能向债务人本人主张利，不能在债务人结婚后要求债务人的配偶来偿还。债权人就一方婚前所负个人债务向债务人的配偶主张权利的，人民法院不予支持。但债权人能够证明所负债务用于婚后家庭共同生活的除外。法律依据：《中华人民共和民法典》第一千零六十五条夫妻对婚姻关系存续期间所得的财产约定归各自所有，夫或者妻一方对外所负的债务，相对人知道该约定的，以夫或者妻一方的个人财产清偿。
