问题	夫妻婚前个人债务应该承担
释义	我国《民法典》规定，一般情况下，婚前债务由婚前所负债务的一方自己承担，婚后一方没有义务承担该债务。但是因为婚后通常实行夫妻财产共有制，财产是夫妻双方共同的，婚前所负债务的一方在偿还债务时，只能用自己在夫妻共同财产中所占的份额财产来承担债务。所以，虽然婚前债务由负债一方个人承担，但对婚后夫妻共同财产仍造成影响。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零八十九条离婚时，夫妻共同债务应当共同偿还。共同财产不足清偿或者财产归各自所有的，由双方协议清偿；协议不成的，由人民法院判决。
