释义	合同一方当事人死亡后，合同是否继续有效，应当区别对待，相对于纯属财产性质的合同，一方当事人死亡的，不应影响合同的效力。而对于人身依附性的合同，一方当事人死亡的，合同效力自然终止。法律依据《民法典》第七百三十二条，承租人在房屋租赁期限内死亡的，与其生前共同居住的人或者共同经营人可以按照原租赁合同租赁该房屋。
