释义	法律分析：一般的合同都是一年一签，最多两年，但是你要租时间长的话，你可以和你的房东协商，租个十年，二十年的（最多不能超过二十年），前提是你要有合适的房源，而且你要了解到房东无论遇见什么情况，都不会收回或者出售此房，要不然最后还是赔你违约金让你搬走。法律依据：《民法典》第七百零五条租赁期限不得超过二十年。超过二十年的，超过部分无效。租赁期限届满，当事人可以续订租赁合同;但是，约定的租赁期限自续订之日起不得超过二十年。
