释义	法律分析：净身出户，是指在婚姻双方决定离婚时，婚姻的一方要求另一方退出婚姻时不得到任何共同财产。通俗化的说就是离婚时一方要求另一方放弃一切钱财，只带自己的身体走。净身出户一般多发生在男方入赘女方家庭中，按照我国《民法典》来讲，这种要求是没有法律依据的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零七十六条夫妻双方自愿离婚的，应当签订书面离婚协议，并亲自到婚姻登记机关申请离婚登记。离婚协议应当载明双方自愿离婚的意思表示和对子女抚养、财产以及债务处理等事项协商一致的意见。
