旷工被扣工资合法吗 -法律知识

法律分析：
不合法，侵犯了劳动者劳动报酬权。用人单位的行为属于一种变相克扣其工资的行为，对于用人单位无故克扣其工资的行为，劳动者可以向当地的劳动监察部门进行投诉举报，要求用人单位支付其被克扣的工资。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国劳动法》 第五十条 工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
