释义	过了有效期的服务合同不是无效。合同到期不是合同无效的法定情形，一般情况下双方签订的合同到期后效力就不受法律保护了，也就失去了其原有的法律效力，对双方不再有法律约束力。一般合同会附有有效期限以及终止期限，合同的生效与终止应当按照合同中约定的条款判断。法律依据：《民法典》第五百六十二条：当事人协商一致，可以解除合同。当事人可以约定一方解除合同的事由。解除合同的事由发生时，解除权人可以解除合同。
