释义	法律分析：股东投资款不可以随时收回。如果要撤资，《公司法》规定股东撤资可采取两种方式：一、为股权转让；二、为减少注册资本注销股份;前者如对外转让需要其他股东同意，并享有优先购买权，同时在工商行政管理部门办理相关的股权转让手续，并备案；后者需召开股东大会，由代表三分之二以上表决权股东通过。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第三十五条公司成立后，股东不得抽逃出资。
