释义	法律分析: 企业会受到停顿并罚款的处罚。焊工属于特种作业。法律依据: 《特种作业人员安全技术培训考核管理规定》第三十九条生产经营单位使用未取得特种作业操作证的特种作业人员上岗作业的，责令限期改正,可以处5万元以下的罚款；逾期未改正的，责令停产停业整顿，并处5万元以上10万元以下的罚款，对直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员处1万元以上2万元以下的罚款。煤矿企业使用未取得特种作业操作证的特种作业人员上岗作业的，依照《国务院关于预防煤矿生产安全事故的特别规定》的规定处罚。
