释义	法律分析：一份合同要具有法律效力，一般只要合同双方达成合意就可以了。只要双方同意合同书上的内容并在上面共同签字的，就具有法律效力，对双方都有拘束力。但是合同要具有法律效力，还要注意合同内容不能违背法律、行政法规的强制性规定，不能损害社会公共利益，不能损害国家、集体或者第三人利益，不能以合法形式掩盖非法目的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百六十五条依法成立的合同，受法律保护。依法成立的合同，仅对当事人具有法律约束力，但是法律另有规定的除外。
