释义	法律分析: 债权转让一般不需要支付对价，具体还是由当事人之间协商确定，债权人要转让其部分或者全部债权的，应当通知债务人，否则该转让行为对债务人无效，债权转让的，从权利也一并转让。《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十六条债权人转让债权，未通知债务人的，该转让对债务人不发生效力。债权转让的通知不得撤销，但是经受让人同意的除外。
