释义	附解除条件的赠与合同是怎样的所谓附条件的赠与合同，是指赠与合同的双方当事人在合同中约定某种事实状态，并以其将来发生或者不发生作为合同生效或者不生效的限制条件的赠与合同。所附条件是指合同当事人自己约定的、未来有可能发生的、用来限定合同效力的某种合法事实。附解除条件的赠与合同，自解除条件成就时失效。《民法典》第一百五十九条规定，当事人为自己的利益不正当地阻止条件成就的，视为条件已成就;不正当地促成条件成就的，视为条件不成就。
