释义	法律分析：债务转让如果是依法进行，并获得债权人同意的，是合法的。但是转让的债务必须属于可以转让的，不是属于债务人自身专属债务的债务，连同从债务一般也应当一并转让。法律依据：《民法典》第五百五十一条债务人将债务的全部或者部分转移给第三人的，应当经债权人同意。债务人或者第三人可以催告债权人在合理期限内予以同意，债权人未作表示的，视为不同意。
