物业服务合同是双务合同吗？

法律分析：
是。双方当事人互相承担义务和享有权利的合同。双务合同中，双方当事人承担的义务与他们享有的权利相互关联，互为因果，除法律或合同有特殊规定外，双方应同时对等给付，一方不能要求他方先行给付。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第九百三十八条 物业服务合同的内容一般包括服务事项、服务质量、服务费用的标准和收取办法、维修资金的使用、服务用房的管理和使用、服务期限、服务交接等条款。物业服务人公开作出的有利于业主的服务承诺，为物业服务合同的组成部分。物业服务合同应当采用书面形式。
