释义	婚内财产公证不是必须的。我国法律从来没有规定婚内财产协议要以公证作为生效的前提条件。也就是说，只要当事人的意思表示一致，协议的内容并未违反法律规定，无论该书面协议是否作了公证，均具有法律效力。只是，经过公证的婚前财产协议在证明力上更高一些而已。【法律依据】《公证法》第二十六条，自然人、法人或者其他组织可以委托他人办理公证，但遗嘱、生存、收养关系等应当由本人办理公证的除外。
