释义	法律分析: 合同可以约定两个诉讼管辖地。但是约定的管辖地必须要与争议有实际联系，起诉是原告可以任选一个管辖地法院起诉。对于约定的管辖地不明确的，按照民事诉讼法的规定的管辖法院受理，比如按照原告就被告的原则，通常法定管辖地是被告住所或侵权地。《最高人民法院关于适用的解释》第三十条根据管辖协议，起诉时能够确定管辖法院的，从其约定；不能确定的，依照民事诉讼法的相关规定确定管辖。管辖协议约定两个以上与争议有实际联系的地点的人民法院管辖，原告可以向其中一个人民法院起诉。
