居间合同是指居间人根据委托人的要求为委托人与第三人订立合同提供机会或进行介绍，而委托人须向居间人给付约定报酬的协议。
居间服务合同的相关内容是：
一、居间人的权利：
1.居间人的报酬请求权，是居间人的主要权利。双方当事人约定居间人的报酬，居间人的报酬标准，国家有限制规定的，当事人约定的报酬额不能超过国家规定的最高标准。
2.居间人的费用偿还请求权，通常包括在报酬内，居间活动的费用一般由居间人负担，非经特别约定，居间人不得请求偿还费用。
二、居间人的义务：
1.报告订约机会或者提供订立合同媒介的义务。居间人应当就有关订立合同的事项向委托人如实报告。
2.忠实义务。居间人应当如实报告订立合同的有关事项和其他有关信息。
3.负担居间费用的义务。居间人促成合同成立的，居间活动的费用，由居间人负担。
4.隐名和保密义务。
5.介入义务。
