释义	法律分析：我国法律没有父债子还这种规定的。也就是子女没有义务给父亲的债务承担清偿责任，除非子女继承了父亲的遗产，那么同时是继承他的债务的，这时候就有义务返还了。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百六十三条既有法定继承又有遗嘱继承、遗赠的，由法定继承人清偿被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务；超过法定继承遗产实际价值部分，由遗嘱继承人和受遗赠人按比例以所得遗产清偿。
