释义	事业单位合同工编外一般是不可以随时辞职的，但如果在提前通知了用人单位，且也慎得单位的同意，双方就可以协商进行解除劳动关系，这也算是合法的，随时辞职不代表可以随时的走人。劳动者需要提前通知。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
