交了首付款售楼处不给签合同怎么办
释义
交了首付款开发商不签合同的，可以要求开放商在约定期限内履行签订合同的义务；如果期限届满开发商仍未签订合同，可以主张解除合同，由开放商双倍返还定金，并返还首付款；也可以起诉至法院要求开发商签订合同。
法律依据
《民法典》第五百七十七条，当事人一方不履行合同义务或者履行合同义务不符合约定的，应当承担继续履行、采取补救措施或者赔偿损失等违约责任。
