释义	法律分析：不合法。奖金属于工资的组成部分。离职时，用人单位应当一次性付清劳动者的工资。用人单位未支付的，劳动者可向劳动保障行政部门（劳动监察大队）投诉，由劳动监察大队责令限期支付，逾期不支付的，可以请求加付赔偿金，赔偿金标准：应付金额百分之五十以上百分之一百以下。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十条工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
