释义	法律分析：导致下一代患病的几率大大增加，不利于人口的优生优育。给家庭、社会造成负担，影响家庭的和谐、社会的稳定。近亲(或称亲缘关系)是指三代或三代以内有共同的血缘关系。如果他们之间通婚，称为近亲婚配。他们双方有太多相似的遗传因子，后代无法从他们那里产生变异，有害基因将之传递给子孙。如果这一基因按常染色体隐性遗传方式，其子女就可能因为是突变纯合子而发病。法律依据：《民法典》第一千零四十八条　直系血亲或者三代以内的旁系血亲禁止结婚。
