释义	法律分析：债权人死了，债务人仍需要还钱。法律规定，债权人死亡后，如果债权人有遗嘱或遗赠对该笔债权进行了处分，则该笔债权的继承人或受遗赠人可以要求债务人履行还款义务。如果债权人生前没有对该笔债权进行处分，则该笔债权将会作为遗产由其法定继承人来继承。法律依据：《民法典》第一千一百六十一条，继承人以所得遗产实际价值为限清偿被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务。超过遗产实际价值部分，继承人自愿偿还的不在此限。继承人放弃继承的，对被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务可以不负清偿责任。
