外观设计的特点有哪些
释义
外观设计的特点：(1)独占性。是指一种物品具有可以阻止其他人使用该物品的特性；(2)时间性。是指专利权只在授权有效期限内有效；(3)地域性。是指一个国家授予的专利权只在授予国或地区的区域范围内有效。【法律依据】《专利法》第二十七条，申请外观设计专利的，应当提交请求书、该外观设计的图片或者照片以及对该外观设计的简要说明等文件。申请人提交的有关图片或者照片应当清楚地显示要求专利保护的产品的外观设计。
