释义	法律分析: 公司停产时间在30日以内的，公司将按照正常标准支付员工工资；公司停产时间超过30日且员工提供正常劳动力的，公司可按照相关规定给付员工工资，给付工资不得低于当地的最低工资；公司停产超过30日且员工没有提供正常劳动的公司可按待岗工资支付工资。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第四十条与职工解除劳动合同。隔离治疗期间、医学观察期间以及采取其他紧急措施期间，不计入医疗期。在此期间，劳动合同到期的，分别顺延至医学观察期期满、隔离期期满或者政府采取的紧急措施结束。
