释义	法律分析: 淘宝网针对出售假冒、盗版商品实行“三振出局”制，即卖家每次出售假冒、盗版商品的行为记为一次，若同一卖家出售假冒、盗版商品的次数累计达三次的，则将被永久查封账户。出售假冒商品的，淘宝删除会员所发布过的假冒、盗版商品或信息。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百一十四条销售明知是假冒注册商标的商品，违法所得数额较大或者有其他严重情节的，处三年以下有期徒刑，并处或者单处罚金;违法所得数额巨大或者有其他特别严重情节的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金。
