释义	不用收回，租房合同到期后，合同约定的权利义务关系结束，对双方都没有了约束力，这时的合同相当于一般的纸，没有任何法律效力。但如果存在尚未解决的纠纷，合同还是有效的，但也不用收回。需要收回的只是合同涉及的标的物，并不是合同本身。法律依据《民法典》第五百五十七条、第五百五十八条
