释义	1.医疗期薪资发放标准是：劳动者在医疗期内的，应当按照正常薪资标准发放；可以低于正常薪资标准，但是根据《关于贯彻执行若干问题的意见》，不能低于最低薪资标准的80%。法律依据：《关于贯彻执行若干问题的意见》第五十九条职工患病或非因工负伤治疗期间，在规章的医疗期间内由企业按有关规章支付其病假薪资或疾病救济费，病假薪资或疾病救济费可以低于当地最低薪资标准支付，但不能低于最低薪资标准的80%。
