释义	法律分析：逃兵役是犯法的,不会被枪毙的,构成犯罪的,依法追究刑事责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国兵役法》第六十七条现役军人以逃避服兵役为目的，拒绝履行职责或者逃离部队的，按照军事委员会的规定给予处分成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。现役军人有前款行为被军队除名、开除军籍或者被依法追究刑事责任的，不得录用为公务员或者参照公务员法管理的工作人员，两年内不得出国(境)或者升学。明知是逃离部队的军人而雇用的，由县级人民政府责令改正，并处以罚款成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。
