释义	法律分析：若借条中如果注明了还款期限，那么自借款到期之日起3年内，债务人应当主张债权，否则过了诉讼失效，也就是说法院不会支持，债权人不能获得胜诉。债务就转换为自然债务，就是说债务人自愿还款债权人才能保有债权。但是借条如果没有注明还款期限，那么债权人可以随时主张，债务也不会过期。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十三条具备下列条件的民事法律行为有效：(一)行为人具有相应的民事行为能力;(二)意思表示真实;(三)不违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定，不违背公序良俗。
