释义	试用期内，劳动者有权利辞职，而且用人单位应当按劳动者实际工作的天数发给工资，用人单位不给工资是违法的。劳动部《关于贯彻执行<劳动法>若干问题的意见》第40条规定，劳动者在试用期内解除劳动关系的，用人单位可以不支付经济补偿，但应当按照劳动者实际工作的天数支付工资。据此，劳动者在试用期内辞职的，用人单位应当支付工资，支付工资的标准是按照劳动者实际工作的天数支付工资。
