2021农村死人土葬有新规定吗 -法律知识

法律分析:
在殡葬改革方案中指出要积极推行火葬，改革土葬，破除旧的丧葬习俗，节俭办丧事，但并不完全强制实行火葬。在暂时还不具备火葬条件的地方，本着有利于发展生产建设的原则，由当地政府统一规划土葬用地，以乡或自然村为单位，利用荒山瘠地建立公墓。提倡平地深埋，不留坟头的葬法。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国殡葬管理条例》 第九条 规定火葬区的公民死亡后，应当全部火化。非火葬区的公民在火葬区区域内死亡的，应当火化。
