释义	法律分析：未经债权人同意的债务转让合同无效。债务人将债务转移给第三人时，债权人同意是债务转移生效的要件。债务转移未经债权人同意的，则债务人与第三人订立的债务转移协议无效。无论是全部转移还是部分转移，对债权人均不发生效力，债权人有权拒绝第三人向其履行，且有权要求债务人实际履行合同义务并承担违约责任。所以合同转让未经债权人同意是无效的。法律依据：《民法典》第五百四十六条，债权人转让债权，未通知债务人的，该转让对债务人不发生效力。债权转让的通知不得撤销，但是经受让人同意的除外。
