释义	法律分析：怀孕了被判刑一般不需要坐牢。孕妇和哺乳期妇女，只好根据案情对其作出取保候审或者治安处罚不予执行的决定。到了检察机关或者法院层面，也是取保候审，即便判了刑，也会追加缓刑，当事人可申请监外执行。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第四十九条犯罪的时候不满十八周岁的人和审判的时候怀孕的妇女，不适用死刑。审判的时候已满七十五周岁的人，不适用死刑，但以特别残忍手段致人死亡的除外。
