释义	法律分析：根据合同法的规定，当租赁合同到期后，双方未签订新的租赁合约的，但是出租人和承租人继续保持租赁关系的，原租赁合同继续有效，双方都要继续履行原合同的约定，只是原合同的租赁期限改变为了不定期。双方在给予对方合理的时间后，都可以随时提出解除租赁合同结束双方的租赁关系。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百三十四条租赁期间届满，承租人继续使用租赁物，出租人没有提出异议的，原租赁合同继续有效，但租赁期限为不定期。
