问题	房屋买卖无房产证合同有效吗
释义	原则上无效。房屋买卖需要进行登记，没有房产证无法登记。我国法律并没有规定房屋买卖合同以办理产权登记为生效要件，但是不进行产权登记是不能对抗第三人的。如果是暂时无法取得房产证也是没有太大影响，在取得房产证之后去进行登记就可以了。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第二百一十五条当事人之间订立有关设立、变更、转让和消灭不动产物权的合同，除法律另有规定或者当事人另有约定外，自合同成立时生效;未办理物权登记的，不影响合同效力。
