释义	法律分析：一般构成违约。一般来说股权转让协议中约定，转让人向受让人转让其所持有的公司股权，在受让人向转让人支付全部股权转让款时，转让人才办理股权变更手续;受让人应在一定期限内付清全部股权转让款，否则构成违约，由转让人继续享有转让股权的所有权。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百八十六条因当事人一方的违约行为，损害对方人身权益、财产权益的，受损害方有权选择请求其承担违约责任或者侵权责任。
