开了就业证明还算应届毕业生吗？

法律分析：
签了就业协议后，只要还未毕业的，还算是应届毕业生。应届毕业生是即将毕业的学生。当一名学生进入其教育层次中的最后一学年的时候，这一年当中，该学生为应届毕业生。在校生参加工作的，一般不视为就业，与用人单位之间暂时不属于劳动关系。
法律依据：
劳动部关于印发《关于贯彻执行＜中华人民共和国劳动法＞若干问题的意见》的通知》在校生利用业余时间勤工助学，不视为就业，未建立劳动关系，可以不签订劳动合同。
