释义	法律分析：不一定非要本人，也可以由他人代办，但是代办时需要出示双人有效身份证原件。死期的钱到期自动转存后的整存整取，可通过柜台、电话银行、网上银行、手机银行全额转为活期。若到期后要部分支取，只能通过柜台和专业版办理。注意：若是死期的钱还没有到期提前支出，一般是只能由本人取出。法律依据：《储蓄管理条例》第十四条储蓄机构应当保证储蓄存款本金和利息的支付，不得违反规定拒绝支付储蓄存款本金和利息。
