最新协助组织卖淫罪判刑标准共计分为两档：情节一般的，处五年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金；情节严重的，处五年以上十年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金。本罪是组织卖淫罪的帮助行为的实行犯化，对于帮助组织卖淫的行为不在定组织卖淫罪而定本罪，有助于我国更好的打击组织卖淫的行为，以实现良好的社会风俗。法律依据：《刑法》第三百五十八条为组织卖淫的人招募、运送人员或者有其他协助组织他人卖淫行为的，处五年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金；情节严重的，处五年以上十年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金。
