释义	在非货币财产出资后的合理时间内,即公司成立时,如发现其价值显著低于章程所定价额,非货币财产出资股东应承担差额补充责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第三十条有限责任公司成立后，发现作为设立公司出资的非货币财产的实际价额显著低于公司章程所定价额的，应当由交付该出资的股东补足其差姿差额；公司设立时的其他股东承担连带责任。第九十条发起人应当在创立大会召开十五睁亏日前将会议日期通知各认股人或者予以公告。创立大会应有代表股份总数悉册神过半数的发起人、认股人出席，方可举行。
