释义	用人单位如果出现未及时足额支付劳动报酬的情况，如拖欠工资，不支付加班费，员工是可以随时离职并且不用提前三十天向公司报告的。如果公司仍不支付加班费，可以申请劳动仲裁。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第三十二条有下列情形之一的，劳动者可以随时通知用人单位解除劳动合同： (一)在试用期内的; (二)用人单位以暴力、威胁或者非法限制人身自由的手段强迫劳动的; (三)用人单位未按照劳动合同约定支付劳动报酬或者提供劳动条件的。
