释义	我国法律对于物业管理服务合同订立时是否应当确定合同期限没有具体的要求，即可以约定期限，也可以不约定期限。但并不只是说只要约定了期限，物业合同就应该到合同期限届满时才能终止。法律依据：《物业管理条例》第二十一条在业主、业主大会选聘物业管理企业之前，建设单位选聘物业管理企业的，应当签订书面的前期物业服务合同。第二十六条前期物业服务合同可以约定期限；但是期限未满、业主委员会与物业管理企业签订的物业服务合同生效的，前期物业服务合同终止。
