释义	遗嘱的形式分为自书遗嘱、代书遗嘱、公证遗嘱等形式。不识字的老人因无法自行书写遗嘱，故无法设立自书遗嘱，可以选择录像立遗嘱，但是必须请两个以上的见证人在场作证，录音遗嘱制作完毕后，应当场将录音遗嘱封存，并由见证人签名，注明年、月、日。【法律依据】《民法典》第一千一百三十七条：以录音录像形式立的遗嘱，应当有两个以上见证人在场见证。遗嘱人和见证人应当在录音录像中记录其姓名或者肖像，以及年、月、日。
